Impact Compactor roller is a kind of machine for impact rolling. The impact roller drives an impact wheel through the traction of the loader, and breaks and compacts the cement pavement and roadbed by using the weight of the impact wheel and the impact force in advance.
Main Advantages
Using accumulator, hydraulic cylinder and pressure spring on traction shaft to buffer and eliminate the impact on tractor.
Manipulating the lifting cylinder, the impact wheel is supported by the trailer off the ground, which can make short-distance turning without damaging the road surface.
Hydraulic oil comes from the hydraulic system of tractor. It is convenient and fast to connect through quick change joint.
In work, bulldozers, graders and sprinklers can be selected for more effective compaction.
